Ann Marie was indispensable in arranging the sale of our family cottage in Northport. We faced several challenges, including the configuration of the cottage and its location within a gated community that made it suitable only for certain buyers. She found those buyers, brought them to the table, and worked with everyone (including the four siblings on our side) to reach an agreement.
Before listing with Ann Marie we had interviewed four other brokers. All were more or less knowledgeable, but after meeting Ann Marie we knew she was the one to represent us. She came prepared with statistics (and, later, a sales analysis) that demonstrated her broad understanding of the market for shorefront homes. Also, her record as one of the top-performing brokers in Leelanau County provided added reassurance. In addition, she provided an invaluable referral to a local stager who helped make the cottage look its best.
